Our design team has extensive experience in optimising building operation processes. In the design process, we use information obtained from existing control systems or we create new solutions corresponding to the investment's assumptions. We always strive to ensure that the buildings we design comply with ecological standards and are highly rated in certification processes such as LEED or BREEAM. One of the unique solutions proposed by HEIMAT is the collection and analysis of data on human flows and behaviour with the use of Intelligent Lighting Fixtures, which allow a high degree of optimization of HVAC systems (about 25% savings in energy consumption!)
HEIMAT company was established as a result of 25 years of experience of its founders who deal with production logistics, design, planning and execution of low voltage systems.
