Our story
HEIMAT was established as a result of 25 years of experience of its founders, who are involved in production logistics, design, planning, and execution of low-current systems. We service all types of investments, from office buildings, universities, and schools to factories and logistics halls. The main direction of the company's development is the optimization of information flow processes in buildings.
Heimat is a partner of KNX and Atest Gaz, and since 2021, Heimat has been an official, certified partner of the ABB group in the areas of design, cost estimation, software, commissioning, and service of the ABB Cylon BMS system.

Our design team has extensive experience in optimizing building operation processes. When designing, we use information obtained from existing control systems or create new solutions that align with the investment goals. We always strive to ensure that the buildings we design comply with ecological standards and are highly rated in certification processes such as LEED or BREEAM.
One of the unique solutions offered by HEIMAT is the collection and analysis of data on flows and human behaviors using Intelligent Lighting Fixtures, which allow for a high degree of optimization of HVAC systems (approximately 25% energy savings!).
